In 1972 Mauro Lunelli decided to produce, unbeknownst to the family, a Metodo Classico coming from the oldest farm of the winery, eight years later he decided it was time to launch the label which was so successful that it entered the Olympus of the kings of sparkling wines.

Giulio Ferrari" is obtained by only Chardonnay vines coming from the "Maso Pianizza" located between 500 and 600 meters of altitude, the grapes are fermented in steel vats and then bottled for the second fermentation, the aging takes place on yeasts for 10 years, enriching the wine with complex and deep fragrances.
