Cortacci di Lamole" is a white wine produced with Trebbiano and Malvasia in a very limited quantity, about 900 bottles.
It is produced with vines cultivated at Lamole's Alberello at an altitude of 700 meters above sea level, fermentation takes place in a fiberglass vat without temperature control and it remains in contact with yeasts for a long period of time in order to enrich itself with complexity and fragrance.
It shows a straw yellow color with golden hues, the nose is rich in floral, fruity and mineral sensations, thanks to the aromatic contribution of Malvasia,
the taste is pleasing and subtle, with an acidity which makes the drink captivating and dynamic.
An excellent interpretation of Lamolese white wine, pleasing, easy drinking and never predictable.
