I Fabbri Chianti Classico 2021

Owned by the Grassi family since 1600, the I Fabbri winery is located in the splendid Casolese amphitheatre with vineyards ranging from 450 to 600 meters above sea level, on mainly sandy soils but rich in minerals that give the wine elegance and flavor.

Chianti Classico is produced with the vineyards surrounding the winery, it is vinified in steel vats and then aged partly in steel and partly in 500 lt. Tonneaux with 1st and 2nd passage French wood from the Massif Central.

It shows a bright ruby red that plays on transparencies, the nose comes out the Lamolese terroir with its floral and mineral fragrances, in the mouth the mineral sensations are repeated assisted by a mature and well balanced tannic texture.
